Meet Junior Saint-Val
A Movement Starts With a Story
Junior knows what it feels like to lose everything. In his twenties, he built success in commodities trading. But beneath the surface, he was slowly poisoning himself with drugs and alcohol.
In 2013, at his lowest point, he chose help. During treatment, his faith was reborn. His purpose was restored. And he discovered something profound: his greatest pain could become his greatest ministry.
Today, his mission is simple: help ordinary people follow Jesus and invite others into that same transformation.
From Addiction to Ministry
Junior Saint-Val knows what it feels like to lose everything. In his twenties, he built a successful career in commodities trading. He had money, status, and the respect of his peers. But beneath the surface, he was slowly poisoning himself with drugs and alcohol, a private war that threatened to destroy him.
In 2013, at his lowest point, Junior made a choice. Instead of giving up, he chose to get help. During treatment, something shifted. His faith was reborn. His purpose was restored. And he discovered something profound: his greatest pain could become his greatest ministry.
Today, Junior has spent over ten years as Discipleship Pastor at Journey Church in Lake Worth, Florida, where he leads a team dedicated to helping people follow Jesus in real, tangible ways. He's also the National Coach for Recovery Church Movement, an organization transforming lives across America through the lens of addiction recovery and spiritual restoration.
But his heart beats strongest for one thing: making disciples. Not in a program. Not in a formula. But in real relationships where people learn what it means to follow Jesus, live like Jesus, and invite others into that same transformation.

Life Beyond Ministry
Junior and his wife Amanda are raising three boys in the Palm Beach County community they serve. They're deeply rooted in their faith, their family, and their church.
When he's not pastoring, coaching, or speaking, you'll find Junior spending time with his boys, studying Scripture, or enjoying what the Florida life has to offer.
His personal story isn't hidden—it's the foundation of everything he does. Because Junior believes that authenticity builds trust, vulnerability builds community, and real transformation happens when people see that redemption is possible.
"Your pain is not your shame. It's your ministry. And making disciples isn't complicated—it's relational."
